We always want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our refund and return
policy carefully to understand the terms and conditions for refunds, returns, and exchanges.
This policy is designed to provide clarity and ensure a positive shopping experience for you.
1. Return/Exchange/Refund Timeline
We offer a transparent and customer-friendly return/exchange/refund timeline that varies depending upon the type of product purchased. We are a small company and will work to answer any return / exchange / refund requests with 48 hours.
a. Course Purchases – Courses are sold individually and in special groupings. Full refunds are provided for individual or grouped courses 48 hours from the time of purchase… no matter what the reason. Just send an email request to support@spiritedwellness.com within that time frame… no problem.
Further, individual or grouped courses that are not begun (that is, no video, audio, or other digital content has been accessed) are eligible for a 75% refund for the rest of the week following the time of purchase.
Once the content of individual or grouped courses has been accessed, no further refunds are possible.
b. Coaching Purchases – Coaching is sold in three ways –
b.1. as individual remote on-demand coaching (you are with a real coach in a session previously recorded),
b.2 as individual remote live coaching (you are with a coach live via computer),
b.3 as individual remote AI coaching (you are with an AI virtual coach via computer), and
b.4 as a portion of a special, live event like a bootcamp.
Full refunds are provided for any remote on-demand sessions within 48 hours of the time of purchase. Just send an email request to support@spiritedwellness.com within that time frame. After that time no refunds are available.
Full refunds are provided for any remote live sessions as long as you cancel within 48 hours of when the session starts. Just send an email request to support@spiritedwellness.com within that time frame. A live coach must arrange their schedule to meet with you, so if you need to change less than 48 hours of when the session starts, you will be charged 50% of your full session rate. After that time no refunds are available.
Refunds for special events will be described clearly and specifically in each events announcements.
c. Spirited Bling – delightful products especially to remind you of your enlightenment process.
c.1 Any product that has been customized for you, and you have made an error in what was requested, is not refundable or exchangeable. Of course, if it is our error we will refund or exchange the item as quickly as we can! Send an email request to support@spiritedwellness.com.
For a refund, any product must be in its original condition, including all tags and packaging (if applicable). Please note that certain items may have specific conditions for return due to their nature, and these conditions will be clearly communicated on the product page.
c.2 Refund of Shipping Charges
Our policy aims to be reasonable. We offer free shipping on returns, which means you won’t have to worry about additional shipping costs when returning items.
Replacement/Exchange: We’ll replace the item with a different size, color, or a better quality
item as per your preference, subject to availability.
Money Refund: We’ll return the cost of the item to the original payment method used for the
purchase.
Full Refund: If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’ll issue a full refund.
Partial Refund: In some cases, a partial refund may be provided if only part of the order is
returned.
Line-Item Refund: For items that are part of a larger order, we may issue a refund for the
specific item returned.
Gift Card: We can issue a gift card with the refund amount for you to use on future
purchases.
Store Credit: You can choose to receive store credit, which can be used on any future
purchases with us.
For refunds, we offer the following options:
Products with Expiration Dates: Items with a limited shelf life or an expiration date.
Hygiene-Sensitive Products: Items that come into direct contact with the body, such as
used underwear, earrings, or makeup.
Custom/Personalized Products: Items that have been specifically customized or
personalized for the customer.
Products Sold as Part of Sets/Bundles: Items sold as part of a set or bundle, where
individual items may not be eligible for exchange.
