WOW! Celebrations came and went. There were good times and better times. In the coming year, there will be alcohol! Lots of alcohol. Now it is time to prepare to get back on track with your lifestyle. Now is the time to get healthier and live life in moderation. This course will guide you through your life giving you examples and motivation to be mindful in social situations and how to best cope with the daily pressures of life.
Sure, we all know how much fun it is to celebrate… to be honest, most of us do not celebrate enough! Because of that, when we do many of us over-indulge. This is not much of a problem if we only do it occasionally… but then late November arrives and the world follows the US with celebrations of Thanksgiving, Chanukah, Kwanzaa, Christmas and New Years.
Celebrating too much on that short a time period can absolutely lead to simple problems, and maybe aggregate more significant problems.
